- 200 g cherries
- 100 g sour cherries
- 300 g apricots
- 2 yellow peaches
- 300 g of small plums
- ½ melon
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 2 cloves
- 1 kg sugar
- 2.5 dl Modenaceti white Balsamic
1. Pit cherries and sour cherries, without losing their juices and cut into 4 slices the apricots and the plums, peel the peaches and cut them into big cubes, throw away the seeds of the melon and cut the pulp into big cubes
2. Mix fruit and set them into jars with their juices
3. Warm Condimento Bianco, cinnamon and cloves and melt the sugar and don't stop stirring
4. Drop the warm syrup on the fruit and let the salad get colder and colder
5. If the syrup is not sufficient, prepare some more according to the above instructions
6. When colder, drain the fruit and boil the syrup again and sprinkle the fruit with it again
7. Let everything get colder and vacuum close the jars
8. Serve the fruit salad with boiled and roasted meats
