
1 can beef consommé (10 ½ oz)
½ lb butter
½ cup Dijon mustard
4 Tbsp Tiptree Red Currant Jelly (or Tiptree Black Currant Preserves)
Combine all ingredients in a double boiler. Cook for about 15 minutes, whisking occasionally.
Excellent with filet mignon, roast beef, sirloin steak and fish.
