
20 ripe strawberries, cut in half
½ cup Modenaceti Platinum Balsamic Vinegar
¼ cup white sugar
¼ cup brown sugar
Slowly heat white sugar, brown sugar and Modenaceti Platinum Balsamic Vinegar in a small saucepan while stirring until the sugar is dissolved. Continue heating and stirring over low heat for about 2 minutes or until syrupy. Remove saucepan from heat and add the strawberries. Spoon the vinegar sauce over the strawberries until they are well coated. Allow the strawberries to soak up the sauce for 5 minutes. Spoon the sauce over the strawberries again. Serve the coated strawberries over vanilla ice cream.
