4 Pork loin chops (1 – 1 ½” thick)
2 Tbsp fresh ground black pepper
1 Tbsp sea salt
1 Tbsp brown sugar
2 Tbsp ground cumin
Busha Browne’s Jamaican Jerk Smokey Barbeque Sauce
Combine spices together to make a spice rub & season chops. Sear pork chops on both sides over high heat on the BBQ grill. Once seared, remove from direct heat and cook until finished, 20-30 minutes total. During the last 10 minutes of cooking, baste chops with Busha Browne’s Jamaican Jerk Smokey Barbeque Sauce.
