
½ cup extra virgin olive oil
3 Tbsp Modenaceti Platinum Balsamic Vinegar
1 Tbsp fresh rosemary (or ½ tsp dry)
1 tsp fresh thyme (or ½ tsp dry)
1 tsp fresh oregano (or ½ tsp dry)
¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper
Salt to taste
1 bay leaf
4 to 6 pieces tuna steaks
Blend first 7 ingredients in blender until thoroughly mixed. Add bay leaf for flavor and remove before grilling. Baste tuna steaks and marinate at room temperature for 15-30 minutes, turning occasionally. Grill the fish according to your preference. Place tuna steaks on a serving platter. Drizzle a little Modenaceti Platinum Balsamic Vinegar over each steak before serving.
