Peloponnese Roasted Sweet Red Peppers are from a special Greek variety of peppers called Florina with a long shape and thick walls (they don't fall apart or shred - perfect for stuffing). They are allowed to ripen on the plant - so they are bright scarlet and firm (not too hard or bitter from being picked before fully ripe).

Spanish Garden Piquillo Peppers are sweet, fire-roasted Piquillo peppers from Spain's Ebro River Valley. Stuff with lobster, crab or tuna salad or warm and serve with grilled fish, scallops and shrimp. It is also good to layer onto sandwiches, dice into soups and fold into mayonnaise, and tartar and cream sauces.
